As we prepare the hospital for the upcoming field service, we thought you might enjoy this summary of what you all made possible in Madagascar.
Thanks goes to our wonderful volunteers in the Communications Department who spent countless hours in the making of this video.
Please be praying for the patient screenings that are taking place right now. Pray that God would bring the right people to us and that lives would be transformed.
After about a week and a half at sea, we arrived to a warm welcome in Cotonou, Benin today. This will be our home for the next 10 months. It feels so strange looking out our windows and not seeing Madagascar.
Thankful for all of you back home that are partnering with us with your love, prayers, and financial support. We miss you and couldn’t be here to bring hope and healing to thousands without you.
As promised, our smooth sail turned not-so-smooth today. When I say that, I mean it took everything within me to get out of bed. At 4pm.
Another video for your viewing pleasure. Just look at that horizon move!
I’ve decided sailing is for the birds!
Many of you saw our video on Facebook illustrating how rough the sail started yesterday. I am happy to report that today we had calm seas, a few whale sightings, and an absolutely gorgeous sunset. Almost enough to makes us forget about yesterday. Almost!
Thank you so much for your prayers. Please keep them going! The ride is supposed to get bumpier tonight.
